The Training and Placement Department, RDIAS organized its Annual Internship Fair on 2 consecutive days i.e April 8 & 9’ 2024 for Pre Final year students of BBA and MBA courses. Event was hosted with an objective of providing a platform to students for exploring diverse range of opportunities shared by reputed organizations, networking, gaining an insight into industry and finally getting a chance to showcase their skills at professional front. Event witnessed participation from 16 companies from a wide array of Industries including technology, finance, healthcare, media house, banking, Insurance, Tours & Travels and many more. Decathlon, Outlook, Times of India, SMC Global, Unstop, Star Union Dai-chi, India post Payment Bank, Country Holidays, Car Dekho, Fitspire and other participating companies offered various internship opportunities in the domain of Human Resource, Finance, Content Writing, Marketing, Social Media, Sales, Digital Marketing, Operations etc. Delegates from companies were presented with mementos as a token of Gratitude for their participation in the event. Each company was assigned with designated rooms for conducting their interview processes. The selection process of the companies included different rounds like Personal Interviews, Aptitude Test, GDs & Group interviews in order to sight and source best talent for the shared positions. A total of 278 students attended the fair of which 175 students got Summer Internship Opportunities with different companies. At the end, it was an enriching and successful event as the Institute received encouraging feedback from both the applicants and the companies who participated in the fair.
The Training and Placement Department, RDIAS scheduled Career Fair for Final Year students of BBA 2021-2024 and MBA 2022-2024 Batch on March 22’ 2024. The fair witnessed a footfall of 113 students (BBA-84, MBA– 27) with presence of 8 companies offering final placement opportunities into the domain of Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations & Human Resource. Companies that participated in Career Fair were IGT Solutions, Lenskart, Planetspark, Formula Group, Silaris, Get your job, Impeccable Consulting, Anytime Invest sharing diverse range of profiles like Recruitment Executive, Research & Marketing Associate, Senior Recruitment Executive, Immigration Consultant, Process Associate, Investment Manager, Corporate Housing Consultant, Portfolio Manager, Business Development Executive & Fashion Consultant with salary package ranging from 2.55 LPA – 7.10 LPA. The event started with greetings to the invited recruiters followed by settling in their respective rooms to begin with the hiring process further. Companies conducted various screening rounds like group discussions, aptitude test, followed by personal interviews with eligible candidates. At the end of day, Career Fair was a resounding success connecting job seekers with employment opportunities and providing a valuable platform for their professional journey. Recruiters shared positive feedback about the candidates as they were able to sight and source good talent for their organization.
Finally 39 students got selected and were offered for the full time employment opportunity with renowned organizations.

The fair witnessed a footfall of 45 students out of 53 eligible students with the presence of 7 companies offering final placement opportunities for the profile of Sales & Marketing, Finance & Human Resource. Companies that participated in Job Fair were Virtuoso Consulting, Share India, Unimrkt Research, Teachnook, High Life Finserv, Yaantra (Flipkart Group), Planify Capital offering diverse range of profiles such as Recruitment Consultant, Financial Analyst, Executive RMS, Academic Counselor, Management Trainee – Marketing, Primary Research Associate, HR Generalist, Associate Manager – Service & Operations, Financial Relationship Manager with salary package ranging from 3.00 – 9.00 LPA.
The event started with greetings to the invited recruiters followed by settling in respective rooms to start with the hiring process. Companies conducted various screening rounds like group discussions, aptitude test, followed by personal interviews with eligible candidates.
At the end of day, 15 students were selected and got offered for the full time employment opportunity with respective organizations.
In pursuit of offering the best Industry experience, Training & Placement department organized Manthan – 7th Edition of HR Conclave, themed "AI and Automation in HR,” on September 20’ 2024.
It was a successful event that brought together industry leaders, practitioners, and students to discuss the transformative impact of artificial intelligence and automation on human resources management. The conclave aimed to explore how these technologies are reshaping HR processes, from recruitment and employee engagement to performance management and learning & development. The event featured keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, offering valuable insights into the future of work and HR strategies.

The panel discussion was moderated by Ms Sheetal Jerath Sharma, Associate Director – People & Culture from Grant Thornton Bharat, and included distinguished speakers such as Mr. Jatinder Panihar, Ms. Himani Bhasin, Mr. Neeraj Narang, and Mr. Harsh Rajain. The panellists discussed the strategic shift in HR roles due to AI and automation, the importance of ethical considerations and data privacy, and the potential for bias in AI-driven HR processes. The event also highlighted the benefits of AI and automation in HR, including personalized learning, real-time feedback, and seamless communication, which contribute to a culture of continuous growth and innovation.
In quest of providing the best Industry experience, the Training and Placement Department, RDIAS organized #Manthan- 6th edition of the Annual HR Conclave on October 13’ 2023 on the theme of “Embracing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at the Workplace” enabling a platform for thought-provoking ideas & knowledge. The session was open for MBA first and final-year and BBA final-year students.

Mr. Parikshit Kochhar, Senior Manager of Recruitment at BYJU played the role of moderator. He reinforced the idea that DEI is not only a moral obligation but also a strategic advantage for organizations committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ms. Sukirti Nigam from MBA III and Ms. Divya Arora from MBA I welcomed the gathering and the panelists. This was followed by a welcome address delivered by Dean, RDIAS- Prof (Dr.) Namita Garg. The session was then made open for discussions by eminent personalities present at the event. They mentioned how diversity is the presence of differences within a given setting of workplace, as one can have dissimilarity in race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and socioeconomic class along with differences in physical ability.
Career & Internship Fair is a platform where job seekers get an opportunity to interact with potential employers and learn about the different available internships & job opportunities to select from and develop his/her future in the corporate world.
The fair had a footfall of 82 BBA students out of which 34 were placed for full time job position, 264 BBA students out of which 158 were placed for Internships.
Whereas the footfall of 19 MBA students out of which 2 were placed for full time job position, 78 MBA students out of which 47 were placed for Internships.
There were 29 companies present in the fair, offering various internships & final placement opportunities. Companies that participated in Career and Internships Fair were Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, Indian Post Payment Bank, Decathlon & DataTrained, Formula Group amongst many others.
They offered profiles for Business Sales executive, Customer relationship executive, Key Account Manager, Management Consultants, HR Consultants, Research Executive, Sports leader-Intern, Finance executive, Marketing & Sales Intern, Social Media executive, Digital marketing executive, E commerce executive, Graphic designer, Content Writer, Executive assistant, Operations executive etc. with salary package offered ranging from 3.00 10.69 LPA and stipend range from 2500 15000 per month. The event started with greetings to the invited recruiters & then moved to the respective rooms to start with the selection procedures respectively.
Companies conducted various screening rounds like group discussions, aptitude tests, and logical reasoning tests followed by personal interviews with eligible candidates.
Students were excited about the fair and were looking forward to meeting the recruiters. All students seemed well prepared and encouraged to give their best for the interviews.

The Training and Placement Department, RDIAS organized its Annual Internship Fair on June 03, 2022 for Pre Final year students of BBA and MBA courses. It’s an annual event hosted to provide a platform for students to explore their skills in the professional field. Student’s learn about jobs in different areas of study or interest, meet employers, and expand their professional network.
A total of 328 students attended the fair. There was participation of 27 companies namely Decathlon, Outlook, Snapdeal, Thomas Cook, Radio City, SMC Insurance, Shri Ram Life Insurance, Center for Sight, Times of India, etc who offered various internship opportunities to all aspirants. HRs of all companies were invited and presented with mementos as a token of Gratitude.
Each company was assigned different rooms to conduct their respective interview processes. The selection process of the companies included different rounds like Personal Interviews, Aptitude Test, GDs & Group interviews. More than 20+ profiles have been shared by different companies like HR, Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Digital Marketing, Content Writing, Finance, IT, Tax & Accounting, Operations, Merchandising etc. A total of 286 students got summer internship placement opportunities by different companies.
At the end, the day was fruitful as the Institute received encouraging feedback from both the applicants and the companies who participated in the fair.
JOB FAIR April 1, 2022.
Annual Job Fair is a pragmatic platform that presents access to our management students to network with various organizations for full-time positions. This year, the Training and Placement Department organized its 9 th edition of the Job Fair for Management students of MBA course for the batch of 2020-2022 on Friday, April 1.
The event witnessed the footfall of 42 students with the participation of 7 companies offering final placement opportunities for various profiles. Participating companies were Just Dial, Symmetrical Global, Learning Routes, Silverskills, 7 Med, Shoperty and Silaris who hired for the positions of Management Trainee, Finance Executive, Talent Acquisition Executive, Business Development Executive, Financial Analyst, HR Operations offering a salary package ranging from 2.52 LPA– 6.0 LPA.
The event started with the welcoming of delegates from various companies. Soon after this, officials started their robust recruitment process wherein different rounds of interviews were conducted such as Aptitude tests, Group Discussions, Group Interviews, and Personal rounds of interviews as well. After a rigorous interview process, the recruiters shared the results with the department sharing a good number of selections. In total, 21 students were given a chance to reanimate their careers with such reputed organizations. In the end, the day was fruitful as the Institute received encouraging feedback from both the applicants and the companies who participated in the fair.
In quest of providing the best Industry experience, Training and Placement Department, RDIAS organized its 5th edition of Annual HR Conclave on February 4, 2022 on the theme of “Re-BORN: Re-Building Opportunities & Re-Defining Notions” thus enabling a platform for thought sharing & knowledge.
Speakers of the session were Mr. Sivam Sankaralingam, Chief People Officer at Khimji Ramdas Muscat, Oman , Ms. Sheetal Jerath Sharma, People and Culture Lead at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, Mr. Shubham Tripathi, Senior Human Resource Manager at Zee Media Corporation Limited, Mr. Harsh Nanda, General Manager at HT Media Ltd.
Mr. Rohit Bhardwaj, Senior Manager HR Business Partner at Bosch Global Software Technologies also an Alumnus of RDIAS played the role of moderator and shared his perspective of HR being a cultural change agent as the companies reset their priorities and go for transformation.
Ms. Anjali Wason, a student of BBA final year, welcomed the gathering and shared a brief introduction of RDIAS. The session was later taken over by eminent personalities present in the event.
Speakers open the forum with their perspective on the theme of “Rebuilding Opportunities and Re-Defining Notions”. They discussed as the whole world is witnessing an unprecedented confusion and fear with business dynamics changing rapidly and a new normal in focus, the need of the HR function being agile has become more pivotal than ever. The situation in business has toppled and things are not in the right place where they should have been or were expected to be even after over a year now. As a part of the organization, Human Resource Management must ensure that companies are bound to cope with the dynamic shifts in consumer appetite, societal values and regulatory controls. Developments in artificial intelligence, HR analytics and much more are changing the skills workers need to keep up in an ever-evolving employment set-up. In light of this, the aim of this Conclave was to keep abreast of the ways by which we can redefine and rebuilt the strategies by addressing its potential in various facets of business. To achieve the same, experts from various fields came together on one platform to deliberate and share their ideas on the theme. The lesson learnt for surviving is undoubtedly going to redefine the way companies work and force its leaders to set up their game. In this era of remote working different levels of engagement with the heterogeneous workforce is something that has been a concern for the HR fraternity. Driven by disruption and enabled by technology, leaders today have the chance to fundamentally reimagine ways of working to engage their people in new mutually rewarding ways.
The assortment of aspects shared by the panellists made students focus on their future endeavours. At the end of the session, speakers addressed each and every query shared by the students. The event concluded with the group photograph and a thank you note delivered by Dr. Tanuja Saroha (Training and Placement Head- RDIAS) to all the speakers.
Training and Placement Department, RDIAS conducted Job Fair for Management Students – BBA and MBA of 2020 and 2021 batch on a virtual basis. Job Fair event witnessed participation of 12 companies who hired for the full-time positions. Bajaj Finserv, Just Dial, IIFL, Paytm Payment Bank, Silaris (American Express), Yaantra, Virtuoso Consulting are amongst few names that hired for a variety of roles like Sales and Marketing, Certified Internet Consultant, Financial Analyst, Recruitment, Business Development Executive, etc with salary package ranging from 2.4 LPA to 5.0 LPA.
The event was conducted on a virtual basis with help of student coordinators who put in a lot of effort to make this happen. The event started with a welcome address by Ms. Sakshi Mahajan, student of MBA IV Semester who shared a sneak preview of Rukmini Devi Group of Institutions. After the inaugural session, the delegates started with different rounds of their recruitment process: Personal Round of Interview, Group Discussion and Online Test. In total, 27 students got selected. It was a successful event which connected our students to employers, facilitated networking with recruiters and led to learning about upcoming opportunities and requirements.
RDIAS hosted its annual event “Internship Fair” for Pre-Final Year students of BBA and MBA on June 4, 2021 through Google Meet. This event provided an excellent opportunity to the students to be a part of the interview process conducted for selecting candidates for various positions offered by companies. Simultaneously, it also provided a chance to candidates to meet the prospective employers and expand their professional network. The recruiters also got a chance to sight and source best talent for the open positions. This time, the event witnessed a total footfall of 202 students with participation of 28 companies, hiring for internship namely- Shriram Life Insurance, Outlook, Impact Guru, Reliance Nippon, Future Generalli, Bajaj Allianz, Sharekhan, RSVI, Aashman Foundation, IFortis, VQMS, amongst many others.
The day started with a welcome address by Ms. Shivani Upreti, a student from MBA 2nd semester, who presented a sneak preview of Rukmini Devi Group of Institutions and thanked all the delegates for sharing the opportunities with our students. In pursuit of providing the best of the industry experience, Training and Placement Department, RDIAS organized its 4th edition of Annual HR Conclave on January 23, 2021 on the theme of “Future of Work – Redefining Workplace, Workforce and Learning” thus enabling a platform for idea and knowledge sharing.
Speakers of the session were Ms. Pooja Minocha (CHRO and Partner, Nexus), Ms. Amrita Pandey (HR Business Associate, Colgate Global) Ms. Nidhi Pasricha (Associate Director- Talent EY GDS) and Ms. Smita Nair (Associate Director- Sales Excellence at Larsen), Alumnus RDIAS, also the moderator for the event.
Ms. Shivani Upreti, student of MBA first semester, welcomed the gathering and opened the forum for discussion. Speakers shared their perspective on the theme of “Future of work” i.e changes that are expected in the field of Human Resource. They discussed how the world of work is rapidly changing. As a part of the organization, Human Resource Management (HRM) must be prepared to deal with the effects of the changing world of work. The pace of change is phenomenal and one can only imagine what the new world will look like. Developments in Artificial Intelligence, HR Analytics and much more are changing the skills workers need to keep up in an ever- evolving employment set-up. It was an insightful session for all present with relevant deliberations.

Kshitij , the Alumni Club , RDIAS organized RETRACE 2019 , Alumni Meet for leading and senior alumni of the institute. It was an incredible reunion of alumni , faculty members and students at the campus fulfilling the objective of the reunion i.e. RECONNECT , promoting a sense of belongingness among the alumni with their alma mater.
The alumni were welcomed by the student coordinators with a badge and rose followed by other gifts for their spouse and kids. Afterwards they were taken on a campus tour to show them recent developments that had taken place in the institute and to invoke a feeling of nostalgia among them. Cultural program started in the gracious presence of Director Sir, Dean Placements and other faculty members. The program was started by seeking the blessings of the almighty, followed by inspiring words by Director Sir. Thereafter, breath-taking cultural program started with fusion dance, solo song performance by the students of hobby Club of the institute. Meanwhile, token of respect and appreciation was presented to the alumni by Director Sir, Dean Placements, and Senior Corporate Relationship Officer and In charge Alumni Club. Amidst the cultural program, alumni were invited on the stage to share their experience. The event at the RDIAS Campus was a great success in its prime motive of Connecting and Networking the alumnus and the present management, faculty and some of the final year students. The event concluded with a fine dining and with the hope of meeting again.
Employment is the main focus for college, because just to give the best education or training to the students is not enough. RDIAS believe that the responsibility of the institution is beyond giving the education to students to qualify their academic with flying colors. For this, we take additional responsibility to support them in making a right start of their career. In our desire to help students in this aspect we have organize “Career Cum Internship Fair”. It is an excellent way to learn about jobs in different field of study or interest, meet employers and expand the professional network. It’s an annual event hosted to provide a platform to students to explore their skills in professional field. This year, the event witnessed footfall of nearly 90 Unplaced students of BBA and MBA for career fair and around 400 students both BBA and MBA for Internship Fair. A total of 35 companies participated in the event.
The event started with the registration process where list of companies and their job profile, requirements were displayed near registration desk and on e- link also for enabling students to identify their choice of company. Afterwards, floral welcome of delegates was done. After the felicitation, the delegates started their resilient recruitment process. The process of recruitment was varying companies to companies; most of company’s representatives have followed all their
process like written test, Group Discussion, Personal Interviews etc.
Following is the list of companies who participated in the event, Sharekhan Corporate, IDBI Federal, Outlook India, Patanjali, Exide Life Insurance (formally known as ING Vyasa ), Times of India, Decathlon, Sargam Electronics, Reliance Jio, AU Small Finance Bank, Concentrix, Genpact etc.
A good number of selections were made on the same day by few companies while others shortlisted the students for conducting final round of interview at their own premises. In total, 68 students got selected for final placement and 305 students were selected for internship. The day was concluded on a successful and happy note both for college and students. The college received a positive feedback from both the candidates and the companies who participated in the fair.
Job Fair is an excellent way to learn about jobs in different field of study or interest, meet employers and expand the professional network. It’s an annual event hosted to provide a platform to students to explore their skills in professional field. This year, the event witnessed footfall of 57 unplaced students with participation of 16 companies for full time hiring. The event saw the presence of esteemed companies like American Express , Total Solutions, Beacon HR , Travel Binz, etc to name a few. Three recruiting partners i.e. Career Marshall, Konnecting Korporates, Silaris also came for recruiting for different profiles.
The event started with the registration process where list of companies and its requirement was displayed for enabling students to identify their choice of company. Afterwards, floral welcome of delegates was done. After the felicitation, the delegates started their resilient recruitment process. A good number of selections were made on the same day by few companies while others shortlisted the students for conducting final round of interview at their own premises. In total, 38 students got selected and 5 students were shortlisted for final round.
The day was successful and the college received a positive feedback from both the candidates and the companies who participated in the fair.
It was time for Nostalgia; it was time for feeling young again. On January 19, 2019 RDIAS witnessed a reunion of its alumni who are today serving different industries as bright professionals or are running their own successful businesses.
The alumni meet began with the opening of the session by lamp lighting, saraswati vandana and speech by Director Sir, Prof. (Dr.) Raman Garg in which he addressed the students, shared his happiness in having them on campus and wished them luck in their future endeavors.
This was followed by a breath taking cultural program by the current batch students in which they displayed their talent in Fusion and Punjabi dance by Vira group, Play by Pratigya, Comedy Act, Group Song with three lucky draw winner Choose our Alumni faculty. This show filled a lot of enthusiasm among the alumni present.
The event ended with an energetic and joyful jam session and of course fine dining. It was a day to remember and remain etched in our memory for years to come. Certainly, this event would remain a memory for the time to come.
HR CONCLAVE was conducted with a theme Ensuring Skill based Transformation The event was organized with an objective to update students about how skilling is important these days. The event was divided into 2 segments having experts from Industry who put forward their views on the theme and sub themes. It was very well briefed to students with a view to help them understand about the current market scenario, so that they can prepare themselves for the future.
The focus of the whole event was to know how the company prepares strategies about coping up with changes and how we as aspiring professionals can prepare ourselves for the future.
The Session 1 consisted of the speakers who clearly talked about the changes that technology has brought in this 21st century and how the needs of employees have changed. They talked about changes in training and development. Earlier we had to spend a lot on physical structure on training but nowadays it’s all technological driven. Various key learning’s were given by our esteemed speakers.
Later it continued with Session-2 in which they talked about the change in recruitment style and discussed the change from print media to online job portals to LinkedIn. They talked about the increasing value of Video CV’s and making an Impression and to include words like Project Management Agility and Multi-Cultural Negotiation. It has proved out to be an informative interactive session for students. The conclave helped us in understanding the recent challenges in corporate sector and the ways to deal with them. Technology can replace redundant work but it cannot be used in places where human touch is needed. The main emphasis of all the speakers was skill training.
Relevant questions were raised by the students, which were answered by the speaker in a very explainable manner. The session ended with the question and answer round which was interactive and informative.
With the job markets in constant flux, Internships give students real world experience in a professional job setting. Along with academic credentials employers look for students with related work experience and transferable skills. Thus, the “Summer Internship Fair 2018” was organized by RDIAS to provide the students with potential career options, an opportunity to test the industry, and to cater interpersonal engagement opportunities.
The event started with lamp lighting ceremony followed by felicitation of the recruiters. After the felicitation, the company officials were accompanied by student’s coordinator to their allotted rooms for carrying out various sessions of recruitment process. The recruitment process included various screening rounds like group discussion, aptitude test and personal interviews for selection of the right candidates. The companies offered internship in areas of Marketing, Human Resource, Finance and International Business. The average stipend offered by the recruiters was within the range of Rs.5000 – Rs.10, 000 per month. There was presence of total 30 companies some of them Outlook India, Times of India, RBL, Federal Bank, Religare Healthcare Insurance, Glocar, Mirus Solutions etc.
Total 342 students from BBA and MBA were present on campus on the day of event and 286 students were finally selected .This internship fair offered potential career options to the students, gave them a platform to explore potential careers and choose what professions would fit best.

Some of the companies at Career Fair were Genpact, Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training ,Max Life, Vertical Recruiter, Axis Softech, Artius etc. for the positions of Business Development, Lead Management, HR, Operations, Management Trainee etc.

After the inaugural, the delegates started different rounds of their recruitment processes in the rooms allotted to them. Maximum selections were made on the same day. This year, the event witnessed footfall of 86 students with participation of 26 companies for full time hiring. Some of the companies at Job Fair were IndusInd Bank, HSBC, American Express, Bajaj Capital, CEMS, Just Dial, India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation, for the positions of Marketing Executive, Business Development Executive, Financial Analyst, Recruitment Coordinator, HR Operations, Management Trainee etc.
The event started with inaugural ceremony by our tradition of lamp lightning ,welcome address by Prof. Dr. Raman Garg , Director RDIAS and felicitation ceremony. After the inaugural, the delegates moved to respective rooms allotted to them for conducting different rounds of their recruitment process. The First Winter Internship Fair 2017 was organized by RDIAS to provide a platform to first year Management Students, to meet potential employers who offered multiple Internship opportunities, which helped them gain insights of corporate working environment.
The event witnessed footfall of 36 students with participation of 5 companies, offering opportunities in Marketing, Finance and HR profiles and selections of 25 students for the Internships.
It was a successful fair which connected our students to employers, facilitated networking with recruiters and led to learning of upcoming opportunities and industry requirements.
IT Career Expo provided an excellent opportunity to students, who connected with the job seekers. The students were interviewed for career related employment and training opportunities.
In total, 7 companies participated, who showcased different training module(s) available for students with a footfall of 56 students from MCA V Semester.
Companies that took participation in the IT Career Expo were Perception world, Nucleus Computers Pvt. Ltd., Silicon Commet Pvt. Ltd., Talent 4 Assure, UV Soft Technologies, Ucodice and Sites India Learning Pvt. Ltd. The companies shared profile of Technical Operating Officer, Associate Software Developer, Assistant Technical Consultant, Desktop and Networking, Web Designer and Developer.
Companies conducted preliminary round like aptitude test and after the initial screening process the personal interviews were conducted by the official delegates. The expo was aimed at increasing industry institute interaction and it also provided adequate exposure to the students. The event was conducted successfully offering final placement offers to 39 students.
In a demographic economy like India, where millennial is the largest chunk of the population, organizations are having many opportunities to explore. This is the millennial time and organizations engaging these optimistic and realistic nonconformists with their values will change their future. RDIAS had set the stage for experts across industry to share their experiences and knowledge in designing approaches for “Millennial India – Managing Talent in the Information Age”. The HR Conclave, on the theme Millennial of India- Managing Talent in Information Age, proved to be a great success. The conclave began with inaugural ceremony introducing the panelists followed by lamp lighting and an address by Prof. (Dr.) Raman Garg, Director RDIAS. Each speaker gave an opening vignette introducing the millennial traits and how they can be utilized for achieving best professional career. They shared their own experiences and struggles in bringing their ventures and serving brands for all these years. These remarks were made to boost the young students to experiment and follow their dreams passionately. The variety of dimensions shared by the speakers made students to focus on their future undertakings.
To take a walk down the corridors of nostalgia, 18th Alumni Meet, Reminiscence 2017 was organized by RDIAS on October 28, 2017. This occasion was graced by more than 150 Alumni coming together for the event.
An Alumni Meet is organized to celebrate and refresh old relationships and form new ones. It is an occasion where students gather at their alma mater, go down the memory lane and look forward for new interactions with new hopes.
The day started with registrations of Alumni followed by Tilak and Badge wearing ceremony. The program started with a welcome address .delivered by Prof. (Dr.) Raman Garg Director, RDIAS. Speaking on the occasion. Sir, underlined and praised the achievements of Alumni and extended a very warm, cordial and affectionate welcome to all the Alumni.
Sir praised their contribution towards the growth of their alma mater and emphasized the need for further strengthening the linkage between the Alumni and RDIAS and also current students and this was eventually followed by the lighting of the lamp. The Inaugural session was followed by cultural program presented by our students.
The Alumni also had interactive session with the current batch students in various classrooms. Many of the Alumni expressed their willingness to help RDIAS in training, placement, personality development, delivery of expert lectures in emerging areas of management among many other areas as well.
The day-long event witnessed a trip down memory lane filled with lively interaction. They were wished the very best in their endeavors and were asked to continue to keep in touch with RDIAS. With promises and hopes of meeting again in the journey called life ,the alumni bid farewell to each other.
Career & Internship Fair is a platform where job seekers get an opportunity to interact with potential employers and learn about the different available internships & job opportunities to select from and develop his/her future in the corporate world.
The fair had a footfall of 82 BBA students out of which 34 were placed for full time job position, 264 BBA students out of which 158 were placed for Internships.
Whereas the footfall of 19 MBA students out of which 2 were placed for full time job position, 78 MBA students out of which 47 were placed for Internships.

They offered profiles for Business Sales executive, Customer relationship executive, Key Account Manager, Management Consultants, HR Consultants, Research Executive, Sports leader-Intern, Finance executive, Marketing & Sales Intern, Social Media executive, Digital marketing executive, E commerce executive, Graphic designer, Content Writer, Executive assistant, Operations executive etc. with salary package offered ranging from 3.00 10.69 LPA and stipend range from 2500 15000 per month. The Training and Placement Department, RDIAS organized its Annual Internship Fair on June 03, 2022 for Pre Final year students of BBA and MBA courses. It’s an annual event hosted to provide a platform for students to explore their skills in the professional field. Student’s learn about jobs in different areas of study or interest, meet employers, and expand their professional network.
A total of 328 students attended the fair. There was participation of 27 companies namely Decathlon, Outlook, Snapdeal, Thomas Cook, Radio City, SMC Insurance, Shri Ram Life Insurance, Center for Sight, Times of India, etc who offered various internship opportunities to all aspirants. HRs of all companies were invited and presented with mementos as a token of Gratitude.
Each company was assigned different rooms to conduct their respective interview processes. The selection process of the companies included different rounds like Personal Interviews, Aptitude Test, GDs & Group interviews. More than 20+ profiles have been shared by different companies like HR, Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Digital Marketing, Content Writing, Finance, IT, Tax & Accounting, Operations, Merchandising etc. A total of 286 students got summer internship placement opportunities by different companies.
At the end, the day was fruitful as the Institute received encouraging feedback from both the applicants and the companies who participated in the fair.

Annual Job Fair is a pragmatic platform that presents access to our management students to network with various organizations for full-time positions. This year, the Training and Placement Department organized its 9 th edition of the Job Fair for Management students of MBA course for the batch of 2020-2022 on Friday, April 1.
The event witnessed the footfall of 42 students with the participation of 7 companies offering final placement opportunities for various profiles. Participating companies were Just Dial, Symmetrical Global, Learning Routes, Silverskills, 7 Med, Shoperty and Silaris who hired for the positions of Management Trainee, Finance Executive, Talent Acquisition Executive, Business Development Executive, Financial Analyst, HR Operations offering a salary package ranging from 2.52 LPA– 6.0 LPA.
The event started with the welcoming of delegates from various companies. Soon after this, officials started their robust recruitment process wherein different rounds of interviews were conducted such as Aptitude tests, Group Discussions, Group Interviews, and Personal rounds of interviews as well. After a rigorous interview process, the recruiters shared the results with the department sharing a good number of selections. In total, 21 students were given a chance to reanimate their careers with such reputed organizations. In the end, the day was fruitful as the Institute received encouraging feedback from both the applicants and the companies who participated in the fair.
In quest of providing the best Industry experience, the Training and Placement Department, RDIAS organized #Manthan- 6th edition of the Annual HR Conclave on October 13’ 2023 on the theme of “Embracing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at the Workplace” enabling a platform for thought-provoking ideas & knowledge. The session was open for MBA first and final-year and BBA final-year students.

Mr. Parikshit Kochhar, Senior Manager of Recruitment at BYJU played the role of moderator. He reinforced the idea that DEI is not only a moral obligation but also a strategic advantage for organizations committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ms. Sukirti Nigam from MBA III and Ms. Divya Arora from MBA I welcomed the gathering and the panelists. This was followed by a welcome address delivered by Dean, RDIAS- Prof (Dr.) Namita Garg. The session was then made open for discussions by eminent personalities present at the event. They mentioned how diversity is the presence of differences within a given setting of workplace, as one can have dissimilarity in race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and socioeconomic class along with differences in physical ability.

Job Fair event witnessed participation of 12 companies who hired for the full-time positions. Bajaj Finserv, Just Dial, IIFL, Paytm Payment Bank, Silaris (American Express), Yaantra, Virtuoso Consulting are amongst few names that hired for a variety of roles like Sales and Marketing, Certified Internet Consultant, Financial Analyst, Recruitment, Business Development Executive, etc with salary package ranging from 2.4 LPA to 5.0 LPA.
The event was conducted on a virtual basis with help of student coordinators who put in a lot of effort to make this happen. In pursuit of providing the best of the industry experience, Training and Placement Department, RDIAS organized its 4th edition of Annual HR Conclave on January 23, 2021 on the theme of “Future of Work – Redefining Workplace, Workforce and Learning” thus enabling a platform for idea and knowledge sharing.
Speakers of the session were Ms. Pooja Minocha (CHRO and Partner, Nexus), Ms. Amrita Pandey (HR Business Associate, Colgate Global) Ms. Nidhi Pasricha (Associate Director- Talent EY GDS) and Ms. Smita Nair (Associate Director- Sales Excellence at Larsen), Alumnus RDIAS, also the moderator for the event.
Ms. Shivani Upreti, student of MBA first semester, welcomed the gathering and opened the forum for discussion. Speakers shared their perspective on the theme of “Future of work” i.e changes that are expected in the field of Human Resource. They discussed how the world of work is rapidly changing. As a part of the organization, Human Resource Management (HRM) must be prepared to deal with the effects of the changing world of work. The pace of change is phenomenal and one can only imagine what the new world will look like. Developments in Artificial Intelligence, HR Analytics and much more are changing the skills workers need to keep up in an ever- evolving employment set-up. It was an insightful session for all present with relevant deliberations.
At the end of the session, panelists answered each and every question asked by the students. The event concluded with the group photograph and thank you note by Ms. Tanuja Saroha, Training and Placement Head- RDIAS to all the speakers.
Kshitij , the Alumni Club , RDIAS organized RETRACE 2019 , Alumni Meet for leading and senior alumni of the institute. It was an incredible reunion of alumni , faculty members and students at the campus fulfilling the objective of the reunion i.e. RECONNECT , promoting a sense of belongingness among the alumni with their alma mater.
The alumni were welcomed by the student coordinators with a badge and rose followed by other gifts for their spouse and kids. Afterwards they were taken on a campus tour to show them recent developments that had taken place in the institute and to invoke a feeling of nostalgia among them. Cultural program started in the gracious presence of Director Sir, Dean Placements and other faculty members. The program was started by seeking the blessings of the almighty, followed by inspiring words by Director Sir. Thereafter, breath-taking cultural program started with fusion dance, solo song performance by the students of hobby Club of the institute. Meanwhile, token of respect and appreciation was presented to the alumni by Director Sir, Dean Placements, and Senior Corporate Relationship Officer and In charge Alumni Club. Amidst the cultural program, alumni were invited on the stage to share their experience. The event at the RDIAS Campus was a great success in its prime motive of Connecting and Networking the alumnus and the present management, faculty and some of the final year students. The event concluded with a fine dining and with the hope of meeting again.
Employment is the main focus for college, because just to give the best education or training to the students is not enough. RDIAS believe that the responsibility of the institution is beyond giving the education to students to qualify their academic with flying colors. For this, we take additional responsibility to support them in making a right start of their career. In our desire to help students in this aspect we have organize “Career Cum Internship Fair”. It is an excellent way to learn about jobs in different field of study or interest, meet employers and expand the professional network. It’s an annual event hosted to provide a platform to students to explore their skills in professional field. This year, the event witnessed footfall of nearly 90 Unplaced students of BBA and MBA for career fair and around 400 students both BBA and MBA for Internship Fair. A total of 35 companies participated in the event.
The event started with the registration process where list of companies and their job profile, requirements were displayed near registration desk and on e- link also for enabling students to identify their choice of company. Afterwards, floral welcome of delegates was done. After the felicitation, the delegates started their resilient recruitment process. The process of recruitment was varying companies to companies; most of company’s representatives have followed all their
process like written test, Group Discussion, Personal Interviews etc.
Following is the list of companies who participated in the event, Sharekhan Corporate, IDBI Federal, Outlook India, Patanjali, Exide Life Insurance (formally known as ING Vyasa ), Times of India, Decathlon, Sargam Electronics, Reliance Jio, AU Small Finance Bank, Concentrix, Genpact etc.
A good number of selections were made on the same day by few companies while others shortlisted the students for conducting final round of interview at their own premises. In total, 68 students got selected for final placement and 305 students were selected for internship. The day was concluded on a successful and happy note both for college and students. The college received a positive feedback from both the candidates and the companies who participated in the fair.

It’s an annual event hosted to provide a platform to students to explore their skills in professional field. This year, the event witnessed footfall of 57 unplaced students with participation of 16 companies for full time hiring. The event saw the presence of esteemed companies like American Express , Total Solutions, Beacon HR , Travel Binz, etc to name a few. Three recruiting partners i.e. Career Marshall, Konnecting Korporates, Silaris also came for recruiting for different profiles.
The event started with the registration process where list of companies and its requirement was displayed for enabling students to identify their choice of company. Afterwards, floral welcome of delegates was done. After the felicitation, the delegates started their resilient recruitment process. In total, 38 students got selected and 5 students were shortlisted for final round.
The day was successful and the college received a positive feedback from both the candidates and the companies who participated in the fair.
It was time for Nostalgia; it was time for feeling young again. On January 19, 2019 RDIAS witnessed a reunion of its alumni who are today serving different industries as bright professionals or are running their own successful businesses.
The alumni meet began with the opening of the session by lamp lighting, saraswati vandana and speech by Director Sir, Prof. (Dr.) Raman Garg in which he addressed the students, shared his happiness in having them on campus and wished them luck in their future endeavors.
This was followed by a breath taking cultural program by the current batch students in which they displayed their talent in Fusion and Punjabi dance by Vira group, Play by Pratigya, Comedy Act, Group Song with three lucky draw winner Choose our Alumni faculty. This show filled a lot of enthusiasm among the alumni present.
The event ended with an energetic and joyful jam session and of course fine dining. It was a day to remember and remain etched in our memory for years to come. Certainly, this event would remain a memory for the time to come.
HR CONCLAVE was conducted with a theme Ensuring Skill based Transformation The event was organized with an objective to update students about how skilling is important these days. The event was divided into 2 segments having experts from Industry who put forward their views on the theme and sub themes. It was very well briefed to students with a view to help them understand about the current market scenario, so that they can prepare themselves for the future.
The focus of the whole event was to know how the company prepares strategies about coping up with changes and how we as aspiring professionals can prepare ourselves for the future.
The Session 1 consisted of the speakers who clearly talked about the changes that technology has brought in this 21st century and how the needs of employees have changed. They talked about changes in training and development. Earlier we had to spend a lot on physical structure on training but nowadays it’s all technological driven. Various key learning’s were given by our esteemed speakers.
Later it continued with Session-2 in which they talked about the change in recruitment style and discussed the change from print media to online job portals to LinkedIn. They talked about the increasing value of Video CV’s and making an Impression and to include words like Project Management Agility and Multi-Cultural Negotiation. It has proved out to be an informative interactive session for students. The conclave helped us in understanding the recent challenges in corporate sector and the ways to deal with them. Technology can replace redundant work but it cannot be used in places where human touch is needed. The main emphasis of all the speakers was skill training.
Relevant questions were raised by the students, which were answered by the speaker in a very explainable manner. The session ended with the question and answer round which was interactive and informative.
With the job markets in constant flux, Internships give students real world experience in a professional job setting. Along with academic credentials employers look for students with related work experience and transferable skills. Thus, the “Summer Internship Fair 2018” was organized by RDIAS to provide the students with potential career options, an opportunity to test the industry, and to cater interpersonal engagement opportunities.

The event witnessed footfall of 36 students with participation of 5 companies, offering opportunities in Marketing, Finance and HR profiles and selections of 25 students for the Internships.
It was a successful fair which connected our students to employers, facilitated networking with recruiters and led to learning of upcoming opportunities and industry requirements.
IT Career Expo provided an excellent opportunity to students, who connected with the job seekers. The students were interviewed for career related employment and training opportunities.
In total, 7 companies participated, who showcased different training module(s) available for students with a footfall of 56 students from MCA V Semester.
Companies that took participation in the IT Career Expo were Perception world, Nucleus Computers Pvt. Ltd., Silicon Commet Pvt. Ltd., Talent 4 Assure, UV Soft Technologies, Ucodice and Sites India Learning Pvt. Ltd. The companies shared profile of Technical Operating Officer, Associate Software Developer, Assistant Technical Consultant, Desktop and Networking, Web Designer and Developer.
Companies conducted preliminary round like aptitude test and after the initial screening process the personal interviews were conducted by the official delegates. The expo was aimed at increasing industry institute interaction and it also provided adequate exposure to the students. The event was conducted successfully offering final placement offers to 39 students.
In a demographic economy like India, where millennial is the largest chunk of the population, organizations are having many opportunities to explore. This is the millennial time and organizations engaging these optimistic and realistic nonconformists with their values will change their future. RDIAS had set the stage for experts across industry to share their experiences and knowledge in designing approaches for “Millennial India – Managing Talent in the Information Age”. Invited panelists from young experts to the ones with 40 years of experiences in the industry included Mr. K A Babu, VP & Zonal Head, Federal Bank; Mr. Deep Gambhir, Manager – Strategic Partnerships, Times Internet Limited; Ms. Pallavi Pareek, Managing Partner, Ungender.in; Mr.Ankur Sethi, Chief Executive Officer, Corporate Siksha.com; Mr. Rajat Kapoor, Independent Learning & Development Consultant; Ms. Anubha Walia, Trainer, Facilitator & OD Consultant, PRISM WORLD; and Mr. Pulkit Kapoor, Deputy Manager- Commercial Banking, Kotak Mahindra Bank.
The HR Conclave, on the theme Millennial of India- Managing Talent in Information Age, proved to be a great success. The conclave began with inaugural ceremony introducing the panelists followed by lamp lighting and an address by Prof. (Dr.) Raman Garg, Director RDIAS. Each speaker gave an opening vignette introducing the millennial traits and how they can be utilized for achieving best professional career. They shared their own experiences and struggles in bringing their ventures and serving brands for all these years. These remarks were made to boost the young students to experiment and follow their dreams passionately. The variety of dimensions shared by the speakers made students to focus on their future undertakings.
To take a walk down the corridors of nostalgia, 18th Alumni Meet, Reminiscence 2017 was organized by RDIAS on October 28, 2017. This occasion was graced by more than 150 Alumni coming together for the event.
An Alumni Meet is organized to celebrate and refresh old relationships and form new ones. It is an occasion where students gather at their alma mater, go down the memory lane and look forward for new interactions with new hopes.
The day started with registrations of Alumni followed by Tilak and Badge wearing ceremony. The program started with a welcome address .delivered by Prof. (Dr.) Raman Garg Director, RDIAS. Speaking on the occasion. Sir, underlined and praised the achievements of Alumni and extended a very warm, cordial and affectionate welcome to all the Alumni.
Sir praised their contribution towards the growth of their alma mater and emphasized the need for further strengthening the linkage between the Alumni and RDIAS and also current students and this was eventually followed by the lighting of the lamp. The Inaugural session was followed by cultural program presented by our students.
The Alumni also had interactive session with the current batch students in various classrooms. Many of the Alumni expressed their willingness to help RDIAS in training, placement, personality development, delivery of expert lectures in emerging areas of management among many other areas as well.
The day-long event witnessed a trip down memory lane filled with lively interaction. They were wished the very best in their endeavors and were asked to continue to keep in touch with RDIAS. With promises and hopes of meeting again in the journey called life ,the alumni bid farewell to each other.
